Western Nebraska

There is something about the Great Plains that really intrigue me. Most people speed thier way through Kansas, Nebraska and the Dakotas on thier way west to the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming. I prefer to linger. There are so many interesting places and people to meet.

The photos I have posted today are from a trip I took to western Nebraska in August 2006. I hope you enjoy them.

These are just wonderful. I love each of them but I am pretty fond of the one with the lines in the field. Very nice.

Great shots. Thanks for sharing. I've only been quickly through Nebraska once, but it seems it is worth exploring.
