Twilight's Last Gleam

This shot was taken in downtown Springfield toward a thunderstorm to the Southeast and the last vestiges of daylight to the west a surreal light was on this building as we walked to our car the other night. A few moments later as we drove away the thunderstorm won the battle and let loose its' barrage of heavy rain.

This was taken during the field trip downtown with the camera club. A very enjoyable evening. We discovered some of the advantages of parking garages and the heights they command.

I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

Too cool. It looks like a cartoon. I love walking around during those surreal lighting times, but this one is particualrly impressive.

Another nice shot! It rained hard downtown, but we didn't get any at our house.

Is this anywhere near where they have the Christmas light display?

The reflected light in the windows makes this one for me. Really nice twilight shot.

Stacy, I don't know of any big light display down there. This is near Park Central Square.
