Surprise Snow Storm

Parts of Springfield woke up to a rather surprising sight. A freak wrap around snow storm dumped upwards of 6 -8 inches in parts of our fair city. At home I had about 2 inches. This was shot over the noon hour today at Nathaniel Greene Park. I was fortunate that no one had made tracks in the snow so it was still pristine.

Surprise? No. Been on the map since 7 days ago. =)

But pristine... that's awesome. Always a privilege to make first tracks.

And as always, well done.

Well you have to admit the forecast had been scaled back a bit! Then at least for Springfield whamo! I was really hoping for that computer model 7 days ago that said something like 20 inches!

I love snow with no tracks! I hope that you are well there despite the snow.

I agree, very cool to not have tracks in the snow. Unless their little animal trails.

Really like the barn shot. I think I would have liked to see more of the fence to the right though. But beautiful regardless. Nice work.
