Easter Egg Roll

Some of the highlights of the 2008 Easter Egg Roll at the White House. One of the most common questions I get from people when they found out I went to DC is did you see George W? And I can honestly say yes, which kind of floors them!

The top picture is of the Jonas Brothers who sang the National Anthem. The bottom picture is of young singer Jordan Pruitt who I hope really gets popular since I got many good pictures of this young lady.

Maybe you could have her sign those pictures.

We never saw the White House any closer than Pennsylvania Avenue. It's kind of a shame because we lived an hour east of there for eight months. Thought we would for four years, so we might have been guilty of putting off a few of those touristy things.

my grandmother used to live near DC, so we would go there a lot. i did tour the white house, but have never been that close to a president.

Really cool pictures Mike. Priceless photojournalism.
My Granddaughter would be so envious of your seeing the Jonas Brothers. They are one of her favorites.

The Easter Egg Roll is just that. Kiddos "race" from a start to finish by rolling their eggs with a spoon.

Apparently an old White House tradition.
