Train Watching

A father and son watch the passing parade of trains under the Commercial Street Footbridge in Springfield. Yes, there is a little boy in the shot. I kept hoping he would move out of his dad's shadow so we could see him distinctly, but he stuck close!

The lines and shadows are great here. That's all the orginal photographers had at their disposal, so it's nice to see a return to that once in a while.

Nice angles an lines in this shot. the silhouetted man and child add good interest to the shot.

I think it's neat how the viewer can barely make out the child. It speaks to the close relationship between father and young child.

Very nice sunset as your header today Mike, I love sunrise/sunset pics and this one is awesome!

We are pretty cold here today in the 50s, one minute in the 80s next the 50s go figure.

I am healing slowly, my neck is a bit stiff still and my leg but I am nearly back to normal (if you can call me normal LOL).

Take care.
