A Long Absence

Sorry for the long absence. I have had a severe bout of non creativity which still continues but is gradually improving. I wanted to remind everyone of the "High Noon Photo Contest" , be sure and read the post below to be involved.

This is a clematis from the Master Gardener's Demonstration Garden at Nathaniel Greene Park here in Springfield. It was taken early in the morning.

Well, I was just thinking about how I had not seen a post from you in a while and was wondering if you had disappeared. Of course I am struggling with being faithful to post images as well.
Beautiful flower by the way.

Nice picture of that flower.

I must say that my participation on the "High Noon Photo Contest" has been a bit lax because it got so hot here in Texas so soon. We got a little break to only the mid-90's the past couple days, but we're supposed to hit 100 again today. I think I'll have to limit myself to weekend-only shooting, when I'm not limited to just my lunch hour and I don't have to go back to work all sweaty.

I have seen these in gardens around and often wanted to stop to take a photo but never have my camera and then 100 other things distract me!!! I had forgotten about the High Noon picture contest u were doing, my brain isnt up to bar yet LOL. I think I may have a perfect one from the horse show last week, but I think I may already have used it in my blog. It is just one I particularly like and also used it on DP Challenge in the Freestudy, of course people didnt get the technical difficulty of the shot and I got a very average rating, because they thought it would be a "nice one for the family album"!!

Just got to check the time it was shot but am sure it was around that time of the day.
